How can counselling help?

We all go through difficult patches in life but sometimes we need some additional help and a space away from our day to day, to share and reflect on the predicaments we are in, so as to be able to gain some perspective. Counselling offers a confidential space to explore these issues in a supportive and safe way. Through our sessions together, the hope is you will deepen your understanding of yourself and be able to use this knowledge to cope better with the ebbs and flows of life.

What can counselling help with?

Maybe your anxiety or low mood are starting to get in the way of your enjoyment of life or an unexpected change has left you with difficult feelings or questions that you are struggling to work through alone. Perhaps you feel like you have lost touch with who you are or a breakdown in a relationship is leaving you with doubts that are leaking into other areas of your life.
